Delivery & Shipping Information

We are a small business and aim for delivery within 7-10 days, or longer for customised orders.

WILLOW CUTTINGS – Cuttings will be dispatched Monday – Wednesday only from January 2024 to ensure none are held up during transit.

LIVING WILLOW KITS – Collection only or please e-mail to enquire about our local delivery charges.

OUR CARRIERS – We prefer to use Royal Mail and Parcelforce as their vehicles already have regular, established routes and we hope that our deliveries have a lower environmental impact. On occasion, other couriers may also be used.

PACKAGING – we will always recycle packaging where possible. If we have to buy in packaging, we aim to use recycled boxes and non plastic jiffy bags. To ensure willow cuttings reach you in the best possible condition, we wrap them in plastic bags, and hope to introduce compostable bags shortly.
