This unusual backpack is perfect for a walk out and about foraging, for carrying a picnic or even the shopping. The leather straps can be adjusted. Shaped around a D-shaped base, the sides are woven with a combination of the red/brown of “Flanders Red” willow and “Brittany Green” willow in a number of intricate weaves, including the lace-esque “Irish Creel Weave”.
Ideal for a country stroll, beachcombing or taking to a festival.
Height approx. 14″/36cm, tapering in slightly at the top
Base approx. 11″/28cm by 8″/20cm
Woven with our home-grown Carmarthenshire willow.
